As a Social Worker reporting to the Manager of Child & Adolescent Outpatient Mental Health & Addictions, you will deliver psycho-social assessments and treatments to children and adolescents with Tier-3 mental disorders. Your work will be guided by a Stepped Care framework and disorder-based clinical care pathways, ensuring effective and supportive services. Integration of our guiding principles and practices is essential in the services you provide.

About You

If you have a Master's degree in Social Work, are registered or eligible to be registered with the Nova Scotia College of Social Workers, and have two years of clinical experience working with adults with Tier-3 mental disorders, we want to hear from you. Your expertise in DSM formulation, along with the ability to provide culturally informed care and commitment to ongoing professional development, are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with competencies in French.

Join us in a Permanent Full-Time position and enjoy a workweek of 75 hours. The compensation for this role is $49.04 per hour, with eligibility for benefits such as health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage, as well as a pension plan.
