Required Qualifications:
A minimum of post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related area. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Effective communicator with strong analytical skills, organizational skills, influential skills, client-focused orientation and commitment to providing quality services.
Leadership skills, including demonstrated ability and comfort with decision making responsibilities, coaching, and the ability to inspire and build confidence in others.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate change and comfortable managing in ambiguity.A strong commitment to operating within a team environment and the ability to motivate and inspire other to achieve common goals.
Experience in managing projects of different scope, magnitude and significance. Demonstrated experience in performance management, labour relations, policy interpretation, Human Rights Legislation and investigations.Preferred Qualifications:
A minimum of one to two years' experience in an HR Advisor/consultant or generalist position is preferred, however new HR graduates will be considered.
