Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance strategy and framework aligned with company objectives and industry best practices.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Organize and assist manual quality assurance professionals to ensure mínimal production defects.
  • Establish and maintain quality control processes, including the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Participate in post release production validation as needed.
  • Participate in all SCRUM events, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily standups.
  • Mentor other QA team members and assist them with domain knowledge.
  • Conduct thorough quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define quality metrics, set quality goals, and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics and key performance indicators, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to quality assurance
  • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement, promoting awareness and adherence to quality standards across the organization.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • 5+ years of experience SDLC in an Agile/SCRUM environment including strong handson background.
  • 5+ years' experience in the financial services, credit or FINTECH industry.
  • Aptitude for learning new systems, technologies, and concept.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and drive effective solutions
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders at all levels
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) are desirable
