Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist them with scheduling service appointments
  • Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document issues
  • Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance based on mechanic assessments
  • Upsell additional services or products when appropriate
  • Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure timely completion of work
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and upselling strategies
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems and automotive terminology
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling cash transactions and basic computer skills

Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
