    Position Summary
  • We are looking for an CRC Communications Intern based at our Montreal location for the months of May to August. Customer relation centre is not a traditional call centre. We adopted the centre of Excellence business model where our internal CRC is now the Center of Expertise and our outsourcers Centres of productivity. This role will be responsible for knowledge management support and internal communication. Working with knowledge management to ensure that all levels of our CRC team are well informed and engaged.

  • As a CRC Communications Intern, your adventure will lead you to work on projects and tasks such as: You will be involved in Shareclub 2.0 (omni knowledge management platform) as well as you will be working with crossfunctional stakeholders]. You will also have the chance to work with our variety of communications platforms available, that include knowledge management platform, FAQ website, newsletters and internal operational communications.
  • You will also be involved in any of the following tasks:
  • Support the writing, translation, design and production of communication outputs, such as in new procedures releases and publications
  • Write Internal newsletters, news, projects coming and success stories about results achieved and efforts
  • Support the Quality team throughout the preparatory process for new implementation and transition to our knowledge management platform (Shareclub 2.0)
  • Contribute to the creation of content for specific stakeholders, including presentation decks
  • Provide technical support to other teams in the development and appropriate use of communication and advocacy tools
  • You'll gain an insider's view of Customer service and how to build seamless experience focusing on what happens behind the scenes
  • Assist the content specialist in organizing events, launches of publications

You will already have strong writing skills in English and French coupled with your highly organised, conscientious approach. Proactivity, tenacity and enthusiasm are essential, as is your ability to understand and work within our challenging reality.
  • You will also:
  • Currently enrolled in 2nd, 3rd or 4th year undergraduate program with an emphasis in Communications.
  • Involvement in extracurricular activities which demonstrate initiative and leadership.
  • A results and detailoriented professional with strong analytical skills.
  • A proactive creative thinker who can generate new ideas/solutions to meet internal and external requirements.
  • Have the ability to build great relationships with internal stakeholders from various backgrounds and work collaboratively on multiple projects.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills with exceptional verbal communication skills.
  • Fast learner, and must be comfortable working within a dynamic, challenging environment.
  • Strong computer proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Be able to showcase excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Bilingual (French & English) is required
