Relevant du Vice-Président et Directeur Général, le Gestionnaire de la Qualité sera directement responsable de s'assurer que les équipes de fabrication s'efforcent de dépasser les normes de conformité et de qualité établies par l'entreprise et les parties prenantes.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Fournir leadership et orientation aux équipes d'Assurance Qualité, de Contrôle de la Qualité et de Contrôle des Documents.
  • Assurer la conformité avec le Système de Gestion de la Qualité divisionnaire tout en identifiant des améliorations à nos processus et procédures.
  • Fournir un soutien aux départements de production et de soutien sur les problèmes de qualité et les actions correctives.
  • Responsable de la supervision et de l'efficacité des fonctions et activités suivantes :
    • Présider le Comité de Pilotage de la Qualité.
    • Développer et mettre en œuvre le Programme d'Audit Interne.
    • Rapport des non-conformités et contrôle des produits non-conformes.
    • Processus de cause racine et d'action corrective.
    • Examens techniques des nouveaux lots de travail potentiels pour assurer la conformité des processus.
    • Maintenir les approbations de processus spéciaux des clients.
    • Gestion de la Liste des Fournisseurs Approuvés et de la qualité des fournisseurs.
    • Comités de Révision des Matériaux et rejets des clients.
    • Certifications AS9100, NADCAP et audits qualité des clients.
  • Effectuer des examens des nouveaux contrats et spécifications, identifier les exigences et assurer la corrélation des processus et procédures pour répondre aux exigences.
  • Surveiller et auditer le Système de Formation, de Qualification et d'Autorisation de l'entreprise ainsi que les dossiers pour garantir l'intégrité et la conformité de tous les produits.
  • Gérer les relations avec les clients concernant les audits de qualité, les avis de qualité et autres non-conformités internes pour résoudre les problèmes de fabrication et garantir la conformité.
  • Participer activement aux initiatives d'introduction de nouveaux produits, de conformité et d'amélioration continue.
  • Aider au développement et à la validité des Plans de Formation et des Dossiers du Personnel.
  • Mettre en œuvre la gestion des changements avec les équipes (par exemple, Méthodes ou ingénierie de Fabrication) pour garantir que tous les produits sont fabriqués conformément aux exigences des clients et/ou des réglementations.
  • Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus et mener à bien leur mise en œuvre.

Qualifications :

  • Diplôme en ingénierie ou combinaison équivalente d'expérience et d'éducation pertinente en systèmes de gestion de la qualité en fabrication.
  • Expérience dans l'aérospatiale requise.
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion dans un environnement de génie de fabrication progressif avec un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience directe dans le domaine de l'ingénierie de la qualité, du contrôle de la qualité ou de l'assurance qualité.
  • Expérience avec ISO 9001:2015 ou AS9100D obligatoire et expérience avec la certification NADCAP ou désignation ASQ considérée comme un atout.
  • Certification d'auditeur principal.
  • Compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet et évaluation des risques.

Reporting to the Vice President, General Manager, the Manager of Quality will be directly responsible for ensuring that manufacturing teams strive to exceed Compliance and Quality standards as set by the company and stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Document Control Teams.
  • Ensure compliance with the divisional Quality Management System while identifying improvements to our processes and procedures.
  • Provide production and supporting departments with support on quality-based issues and corrective actions.
  • Responsible for the oversight and effectiveness of the following functions and activities:
    • Chair the Quality Steering Committee.
    • Develop and implement the Internal Audit Program.
    • Non-conformance reporting and control of non-conforming products.
    • Root cause & corrective action processes.
    • Technical reviews of potential new work packages to ensure process compliance.
    • Maintain customer special process approvals.
    • Management of the Approved Vendor List and supplier quality.
    • Material Review Boards and customer rejections.
    • AS9100, NADCAP certifications and customer quality audits.
  • Carry out reviews of new contracts and specifications, identifying requirements, and ensuring process and procedure correlation to meet requirements.
  • Monitor and audit company Training, Qualification, and Authorization System and records to ensure the integrity and compliance of all products.
  • Manage relationships with customers with respect to quality audits, quality notices and other internal non-conformances to resolve manufacturing issues and ensure compliance.
  • Actively participate in new product introduction, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and validity of Personnel Training Plans and Records.
  • Implement change management with teams (e.g. Methods or Manufacturing engineering) to ensure that the all products are manufactured in accordance to customer and/or regulation requirements.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, and lead through to implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of experience and relevant education in manufacturing Quality Management Systems.
  • Must have aerospace experience.
  • 3-5 years management experience in a progressive Manufacturing Engineering environment with a minimum of 3 years direct experience in the Quality Engineering, Quality Control, or Quality Assurance field.
  • Experience with ISO 9001:2015 or AS9100D is mandatory and experience with NADCAP Certification or ASQ designation considered and asset.
  • Lead auditor certification.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management and Risk assessment skills.
