**Job Description**:
**Principales responsabilités**:
**Gérer l'équipe**:

- Gérer le recrutement, la formation et l'intégration de nouveaux superviseurs VFX dans l'équipe existante, conformément aux besoins globaux de l'entreprise.
- Affecter les superviseurs VFX appropriés aux différents projets, en équilibrant les considérations financières, techniques et créatives de la tâche.
- Encourager la vision créative et les compétences techniques au sein de l'équipe de supervision des effets visuels, tout en veillant à un développement personnel et professionnel équilibré.
- Évaluer les performances de l'équipe par le biais d'évaluations (formelles et informelles) et gérer les salaires et les promotions en tenant compte des considérations plus larges de l'entreprise.
- Déterminer le plan de succession pour les superviseurs VFX en identifiant les parcours de carrière pour les responsables à haut potentiel.

**Stratégie et développement technique**:

- Avoir une stratégie et une vision convaincantes pour l'avenir du rôle de superviseur VFX.
- Se tenir au courant des évolutions et des outils de l'industrie
- Proposer et superviser le développement de nouveaux outils, flux de travail ou techniques nécessaires à la réussite et à l'efficacité des émissions.

**Planification et livraison des émissions**:

- Le cas échéant, collaborer avec les superviseurs et les équipes de production des émissions pour soumissionner ou planifier les prises de vue, et s'assurer que les méthodologies de projet, la qualité et les attentes en matière de calendrier sont cohérentes et réalisables.
- Veiller à ce que le travail soit livré selon les normes mondiales de MPC, dans les délais et le budget impartis, et qu'il corresponde aux résultats attendus par les clients.
- Prendre en charge les projets en début de développement et les confier au superviseur VFX désigné une fois qu'ils sont identifiés.

Nouvelles affaires:

- Travailler avec les nouvelles entreprises pour obtenir des récompenses par le biais d'appels d'offres et de présentations, et continuer à décomposer le travail si nécessaire.
- Établir des relations avec les clients afin de renforcer la réputation de la marque.
- Décomposer les projets dans le cadre du processus d'appel d'offres - créer des décompositions VFX, collaborer à l'appel d'offres, examiner les scripts, attribuer des méthodologies, etc.
