We are seeking DSWs for a community client in the Gravenhurst area to provide respite. Shifts vary from mornings to evenings. We are seeking part-time to full-time individuals who are available to pick up shifts as needed.

PSWs are welcome to apply

Job Benefits:

  • Responding to all emergency situations
  • All other duties, as assigned

Key qualifications for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • PSW or DSW certification is required
  • Valid First Aid/CPR certificate
  • Completion of a Police Vulnerable Sector Check
  • CPI training is an asset**:
  • Satisfactory professional references
  • Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions
  • Must be able to anticipate problems and use sound judgment and tact in handling confidential matters
