We are seeking a
Technology Analyst Student for our
North American Headquarters (Edmonton, AB) who is available for
- 12 months starting in
September 2024.


As a Technology Analyst Student and depending on your assigned project, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in provisioning, monitoring, and maintaining missioncritical cloud infrastructure
  • Remediate incident escalations from customers, vendors, and other Business Technology teams
  • Assists in the development and maintaining of policies and governance in our cloud infrastructure
  • Assists with Research and Development initiatives and participate in ProofofConcepts
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate system documentation
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a management information systems, information technology, computer science, or operations management program
  • Always on top of the latest technology trends
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong teamoriented environment
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to change
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details
  • Knowledge of PowerShell and scripting best practices is an asset
  • Ability & willingness to learn programming or scripting languages, such as PowerShell or.
NET, to accomplish the completion of one or more automation tasks

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 is an asset
