Currently, we are inviting an ambitious
Regional Sales Group Manager to join our growing North America Sales team in the
West Canada market. In this role you will work with our Networking device portfolio and help to build and develop a new sales team in
Vancouver, Canada.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Lead, train, motivate and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika Networks;
  • Execute strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base;
  • Direct and manage the performance and development of your team;
  • Actively participate in hiring processes of new members to the team;
  • Provide training and counseling for individual team members to ensure targets are met;
  • Be taking on the role as a playing coach in all sales processes until your sales team will be strong enough to play independently;
  • Manage the team to assure of sales plan realization;
  • Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth;
  • Develop and motivate sales team. Ensure productive mentality and healthy competitive atmosphere maintained in office.

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE:

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in B2B sales;
  • Proven track record of sales achievements (B2B);
  • Experience in building and motivating sales team;
  • Results focused, organized with good communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to analyze information, and make decisions independently;
  • Experience from IoT, Telecommunication or Networking industry would be advantage.
