Notre équipe polyvalente de scientifiques, munie de plateformes technologiques à la fine pointe du progrès a joué un rôle essentiel dans le développement, la qualification, validation de tests et leur utilisation en haut débit dans plus de 100 dossiers associés à l'approbation par la FDA de nouvelles entités moléculaires, comprenant des vaccins majeurs, des antiviraux et des produits d'immunothérapie, de thérapie génique ou cellulaire.

Nexelis, une compagnie de Q2 Solutions, est présentement à la recherche d'un (e) technicien(ne) en gestion des échantillons, pour notre équipe de gestion des échantillons

**Vos principales responsabilités**
- Gérer l'expédition et la réception des échantillons en respectant la réglementation internationale sur l'envoi des matières dangereuses
- Entrer les données dans un système LIMS et manipuler les échantillons cliniques en suivant les directives des PONs
- Tenir à jour l'inventaire des échantillons et entrer les informations dans le LIMS
- Effectuer l'entretien des équipements de laboratoire tel que les congélateurs, les balances, etc.

**Ce que nous recherchons**
- Diplôme d'études secondaires avec expérience appropriée ou DEC en sciences biologiques
- Minimum d'un an d'expérience en industrie (CRO, Biopharma ou biotech)
- Connaissance des bonnes pratiques de laboratoire clinique (GCLP) est un atout
- Parfaitement bilingue (écrit et parlé)

Your main responsibilities:

- Responsible for assisting with receipt of consignments and shipments
- Responsible for the opening of shipments and the quality check of patient info forms. Escalates incorrect,missing information, or damaged shipments to senior level staff
- Responsible for correct disposal and/or recycling of kit shipping supplies
- Ensures specimens are not left in kit packaging by conducting a secondary check of shipping materials.
- Responsible for shipping for long term storage or clients and sample disposition.
- Dependent upon functional area, may also handle receipt of compounds and control material.
- Supports and responds to after-hour alarms and/or other job critical functions.
- Assists in maintenance of equipment.
- Assists with supply inventory functions and general clean up of workstations.
- Performs various administrative duties as required.
- Responsible for organizing the work area, as requested by management.
- Responsible for following safety procedures.
- Participates in continuing education through self study and attendance of meetings.
- Performs work in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines.

What we are looking for:

- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Basic Computer skills.
- Ability to maintain effective reporting procedures and control workflow.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
