We are currently seeking a Physiotherapist to work at Mackenzie Health Hospital in Stroke Outpatient Clinic located in Vaughan.

The successful candidate will be familiar working in an outpatient clinic setting.

As the successful candidate, you are a graduate of an accredited program in Physiotherapy and are a member in good standing of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.

As a Physiotherapist (PT) you will be conducting assessments & treatment plans
As a PT you will be formulating goals and recommendations
Planning and implementing patient centered, goal-directed treatment programs & working with Therapy Assistants
Assist in the promotion of physiotherapy services to external referral sources
Participating actively in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the program
Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional, able to work effectively and collaboratively with a high-performance interdisciplinary rehabilitation team

  • Graduate of an accredited program in Physiotherapy and are a member in good standing of the College of Physiotherapists Ontario
  • Experience with Chronic disease management is a good asset
  • Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset
  • NDT training is an asset
  • Ability to adapt to new computer applications
  • Valid G license required
