Role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assist with training and developing enthusiastic associates who are passionate about supporting Alcanna's mission
Assist in all supervisory duties; where necessary, fill in as Acting Manager in the absence of the Assistant Manager and provide feedback about new opportunities
Acts as a role model and assists in the training and development of new Store Associates; facilitate a welcoming and positive atmosphere for everyone in the store:
Promote a strong sales and customer service culture
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge; staying uptodate with industry legislation, trends and new products
Greet customers upon entrance; engage in conversation and build a relationship to understand specific needs
Promote our culture and brand by participating in merchandising and promotional activities
Educate customers about cannabis products, strains and consumption methods
Participate in routine store maintenance and ensure cleanliness is a priority:
Complete customer transactions on the POS system and adhere to all cash and Loss Prevention procedures
Monitor inventory and restock product regularly
Ensure compliance with OH&S policies and procedures
Operate the store within the guidelines of AGLC Cannabis rules and regulations
Support and promote Alcanna's and AGLC's social responsibility programs
