Role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Assist with training and developing enthusiastic associates who are passionate about supporting Alcanna’s mission
- Assist in all supervisory duties; where necessary, fill in as Acting Manager in the absence of the Assistant Manager and provide feedback about new opportunities **Acts as a role model and assists in the training and development of new Store Associates; facilitate a welcoming and positive atmosphere for everyone in the store**:

- Promote a strong sales and customer service culture
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge; staying up-to-date with industry legislation, trends and new products
- Greet customers upon entrance; engage in conversation and build a relationship to understand specific needs
- Promote our culture and brand by participating in merchandising and promotional activities
- Educate customers about cannabis products, strains and consumption methods **Participate in routine store maintenance and ensure cleanliness is a priority**:

- Complete customer transactions on the POS system and adhere to all cash and Loss Prevention procedures
- Monitor inventory and re-stock product regularly
- Ensure compliance with OH&S policies and procedures
- Operate the store within the guidelines of AGLC Cannabis rules and regulations
- Support and promote Alcanna’s and AGLC’s social responsibility programs
