Functions:

  • Diagnose commercial cooking and FCB equipment performance through observation, testing, and setup.
  • Disassemble and reassemble equipment to perform trouble shooting, preventive maintenance, and repair.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment to perform service of the unit.
  • Lift, carry, pull, and push components and/or equipment to test, setup, or maintain equipment.
  • Give and take written and verbal instructions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 23 years experience with food equipment service and repair.

Paramount Service Ltd. began as Paramount Restaurant Service Ltd. over 25 years ago. Since then, the company has evolved into a full-service equipment supply and facility maintenance company based from Winnipeg, Manitoba.
