Business Systems and Support Analyst in
Toronto, ON

As an Analyst, your role with us is integral.

You'll have the opportunity to work on a high-importance project with lots of potential for growth, including the possibility for extension and conversion to FTE with one of the big 5 Canadian Banks, or lead into a Senior Manager role.


More of what you'll be doing in this role includes:

  • Be responsible for end-to-end operations of the monthly releases of Trade Central, including opening change tickets, following up on progress of tickets, testing tickets, ensuring tickets are approved and are ready for release, following release protocols, and conducting post-implementation reviews
  • Actions tickets in JIRA, managing JIRA for the tickets going into the release, closing them accordingly
  • Following up and works with the BA and engineer on the project for verification after release is done and interact regularly with stakeholders from varying business lines and seniority levels
  • Supporting 12 work streams within larger projects or programs, migration projects, change initiatives, and project outcomes
  • Document and producing organizational change work including change readiness, input to communication development, input to leadership and ownership, change implementation and reinforcement plan

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
  • Strong oral/written communication skills
  • Change Management experience, preferably within Canadian Banking
  • Experience with Service Now
  • JIRA experience maintaining backlogs, handling triaging, etc.
  • Proficient using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Good documentation skills
  • Experience working with different levels and types of stakeholders
  • Able to work within a team and independently
