Are you a First Nations, Metis, or Inuit professional who has experience in planning and development?

We're looking for you to join our team as a Change Management & Communications Senior Manager in Toronto, ON.

As the Manager, you will manage our Change Management for Insurance Canada while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal protocols. You'll oversee internal and some external communications, including content creation and reporting. Your additional responsibilities include delivering change management plans to enhance program adoption, integrating them into project implementation, and establishing KPIs to monitor progress. You will also collaborate with our partners on regulatory and operational initiatives, contribute to impactful content development, and maintain a centralized repository for change initiatives. Your general duties involve promoting a risk-aware culture and fostering a high-performance team environment aligned with Scotiabank's values.
