The Assistant General Manager for TreeTop Eco-Adventure Park plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and continuous operation of the zip line and high ropes park as well as the trampoline net park.

As assistant general manager they directly report to the General Manager or owners whenever the General Manager is not present.

They are more senior in rank than lead guides unless otherwise stated by the General Manager.

Expectations of the Assistant General Manager:

  • Assist the General Manager in the day to day operations of the park
  • Perform Safety Checks and Inspections as require
  • Manage and direct the staff for both the Summer Camp, Trampoline Net Park and Zip Line and High Ropes park when General Manager is preoccupied or as directed to by the General Manager
  • Listen to and take advice from veteran staff in ways of operations as well as direct newer staff
  • Perform office duties such as answering the phones, making reservations, checking clients in among other duties as required
  • Do inventory for concessions and prepare concessions as required
  • Help the General Manager and Owners develop new operating strategies and policies as required
  • Be the 'goto' person for the General Manager and their first option for tasks
  • Perform maintenance both on equipment and trails as required
  • Demo and guide groups when necessary
  • Working with cash
  • Any duties assigned by the Owners or General Manager not listed above


As the AGM we expect the person who fills the role to work well with both the General Manager as well as the staff below them and treat the staff, especially the longer serving staff with the utmost respect.

This is a full time, seasonal job, running from April 1st to November 30th every year.

We ask all our staff, including management, to do their best to not schedule long term vacations in the months of June to September as they are our busiest months, exceptions can be made when needed.


Job Requirements:

Not attending a post secondary institutition_

  • Valid First Aid and CPR-C Certified as well as Food Handlers Certificate or willingness to get on own time and dime
  • Outgoing personality
  • Willing to work 40 hours a week from beginning of April until the End of November
  • Social media savvy
  • Bilingual is an asset
