Day-to-Day Activities:

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in a help desk technician or customer support position.
  • Proficient in office automation tools, databases, and remote control applications.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexibility with working hours.

Requirements

  • Engage with customers via chat, async messaging, and phone, handling complex scenarios as a Tier 2 Helpdesk professional.
  • Propose process enhancements and technology upgrades to boost efficiency.
  • Utilize remote troubleshooting methods to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Guide customers through effective problems solving procedures for a seamless experience.
