Handyman/woman

SID Management is looking for an individual to join us as a Handyman/Woman team member.

The position in this role as Handyman/Woman will include but not be limited to:

Duties:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
• Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions
• Repair or replace broken or faulty fixtures, appliances, and equipment
• Install or assemble new fixtures, appliances, and equipment
• Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
• Perform basic carpentry tasks such as framing, installing doors and windows
• Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Skills:

• Proficient in a variety of maintenance person tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs
• Strong problemsolving skills to identify issues and find effective solutions
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
