Handyman/woman

SID Management is looking for an individual to join us as a Handyman/Woman team member. The position in this role as Handyman/Woman will include but not be limited to:

**Duties**:

- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Repair or replace broken or faulty fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Install or assemble new fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Perform basic carpentry tasks such as framing, installing doors and windows
- Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

**Skills**:

- Proficient in a variety of maintenance person tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and find effective solutions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
