An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate to join our dynamic Investor Relations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day client activities, supporting ongoing projects, and executing marketing activities.

What you'll do:

  • Manage day-to-day client activities and account administration with a keen attention to detail
  • Support ongoing projects, business development initiatives, and execution of marketing activities
  • Prepare, execute and maintain account documentation and KYC information for discretionary managed accounts
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client and portfolio managers' inquiries, escalating any matters as necessary
  • Ensure accurate client communications and manage custodian and administrator relationships
  • Execute and manage ongoing department projects and other administrative tasks

What you bring:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
  • A post-secondary degree in Business, Finance or a related field is desirable
  • Completion of Industry courses such as the CSC, CFP, CIM or prior industry registration preferred
  • Strong knowledge of investment products and account types
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe and Power Point
  • Experience with portfolio management, CRM systems, Financial Planning considered an asset
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize in a busy environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

Salary: CAD70,000 - CAD80,000 per year + + Bonus

Salary: CAD90,000 - CAD100,000 per year + 10%
