Nous cherchons à ajouter un chargé de projet à notre équipe. Il relèvera de notre directeur général. Le chargé de projet, sera responsable de la conception de plusieurs projets. Cela impliquera la coordination des projets de construction avec la participation pratique nécessaire pour s'assurer que les travaux respectent les spécifications et sont achevés dans les délais et le budget prévu. Ce poste fera partie de notre division Aquabec et sera situé au Québec. La personne retenue doit pouvoir se déplacer dans toute la province à des fins commerciales et, à l'occasion, en Ontario pour des réunions. Ce poste est considéré comme étant entièrement à distance et sera donc basé à votre domicile.

**À quoi vous pouvez vous attendre**:

- Visites régulières sur les lieux de travail pour fournir de l'aide pratique au besoin
- Assembler les plans d'atelier pour les soumettre
- Élaborer un plan et un calendrier rentables pour l'achèvement du projet en suivant un schéma logique d'utilisation des ressources
- Sélectionner et coordonner le travail des sous-traitants travaillant sur les différentes phases du projet
- Assister aux réunions sur la construction avec un suivi approprié afin de résoudre les problèmes
- Superviser le rendement de tous les entrepreneurs spécialisés et examiner les dessins techniques pour s'assurer que toutes les spécifications et tous les règlements sont respectés.
- Commander et assurer la livraison des matériaux sur les chantiers
- Gérer correctement les contrats de construction et obtenir tous les permis et licences nécessaires
- Examiner les rapports du contremaître, vérifier les difficultés et les corriger, ainsi que toute infraction à la sécurité ou autre lacune signalée.
- Interaction avec les entrepreneurs, les ingénieurs et les clients
- Apporter un soutien technique au personnel des ventes, notamment en aidant à estimer la portée du projet pendant le processus de soumission.
- Assurer la liaison avec les Finances pour assurer le traitement des factures
- Suivre et contrôler le calendrier de construction et les coûts associés pour réaliser le projet dans les délais et les fonds alloués.
- Informer le client des progrès réalisés et de toute modification nécessaire des plans qui semble indiquée.

**Compétences et qualifications**:

- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet dans le secteur de la construction
- Capacité à lire et à interpréter des plans et des spécifications.
- Solide capacité à lire et à comprendre les plans
- Excellentes compétences de communication en français et en anglais tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
- Capacité avérée à assurer la liaison avec les clients et les consultants dans la gestion du personnel du site et des sous-traitants au sein d'équipes multidisciplinaires
- Maîtrise de l'informatique et connaissance pratique de MS Office Suite et d'AutoCAD.
- Autonome
- Mobilité flexible
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et solides compétences de gestion.
- Capacité avérée à travailler sous pression avec des délais serrés et à hiérarchiser efficacement de multiples responsabilités.
- Souci du détail et résolution efficace des problèmes avec passion pour l'amélioration continue.

We are looking to add a Project Manager to our team. Reporting to our Sr. Project Manager, this position will be responsible for multiple projects at any given time. This will involve the coordination of construction projects with the necessary hands on involvement to ensure jobs adhere to specifications and are completed on time and within budget. This position will be part of our Aquabec division and located in Quebec. The successful individual must be flexible to travel throughout the province for business related purposes, as well as on the occasional basis to Ontario for meetings. This position is considered to be fully remote and will be based out of a home office.

**What you can expect**:

- Regular job site visits providing hands on assistance as needed
- Assembling shop drawings packages for submission
- Develop a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of project following a logical pattern for utilization of resources
- Selects and coordinates work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project
- Attending construction meetings with appropriate follow up in order to resolve issues
- Oversees performance of all trade contractors and reviews engineering drawings to make sure all specifications and regulations are being followed.

- Responsible for proper administration of construction contracts and for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses
- Reviews Foreman reports, checks on difficulties and corrects and any safety violations or other reported deficiencies.
