Job Overview

The Inside Sales Representative serves as the primary contact for domestic customers.

The sales representative advises customers on CVS products, determines product/equipment required as per customer needs and creates work orders accurate to customer specifications.

The sales representative monitors orders to its completion and provides post-sales customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to walkin customers.
  • Ensure customer needs are met throughout sales process.
  • Determine and advise customer on appropriate product or equipment for customer needs.
  • Prepare customer quotations, work orders and packing slips.
  • Monitor orders and update customer as necessary.
  • Liaise with multiple departments to ensure orders are accurate and completed as requested by customer.
  • File quotes and work orders.
  • Provide technical support to customer and followup on solutions.
  • Assume other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience or a combination of technical education and experience.
  • Extensive product knowledge.
  • Understanding of technical problems.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and ability to learn software (EPICOR).
  • Effective decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
