Main Responsibilities:
- Act as primary pointofcontact for the client and builds a strong, professional relationship.
- Supervise production operation in accordance with customer guidelines and requirements including quality assurance and customer expectations.
- Assist with supervision of employees in compliance to Health & Safety, as well as, promoting a clean and safe work environment.
- Ensure that security policies are enforced at all times including building security as related to opening and closing procedures.
- Assist in managing all staff so as to effectively supervise, train, evaluate, motivate, delegate and monitor their activities.
- Review and monitor quality standards daily ensuring staff accountability.
- Monitor and publish the productivity results on a daily basis ensuring that staff meet/exceed goals set.
- Ensure that staff have all the tools necessary for efficient and accurate job completion.
- Hold regular staff meetings to update staff on all issues, internal and customer related and ensure open forums encouraging 2way communication.
- Attend daily planning meetings to ensure efficient and adequate distribution of labor in all departments.
- Schedule staff according to workload requirements and time lines that need to be met.
- Responsible for ensuring operational costs are within budget and strive to exceed financial targets associated with account.
- Assist in problem solving and strategy development in areas of responsibility.
- Communicate with Hub Manager on a daily basis, ensuring all relevant information is shared and discussed and issues are reviewed and remedied as required.
- Assist in management of payroll related documentation, ensuring that all is in line with company standards and deadlines.
- Ensure completion of all relevant reports, work orders, time cards, job watches and all other administration.
- Responsible for creating a work environment that is inclusive of diversity, free of discrimination and free of conflict
- Any other duties and responsibilities as required by management.
Requirements:
- 25 years' experience supervising teams in a hub sortation facility with mechanized & semiautomated sortation systems
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Superior organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with computer programs, Word and Excel essential
- Postsecondary education required
Principales Responsabilités:

- Veiller à ce que les politiques de sécurité soient appliquées à tout moment, y compris la sécurité des bâtiments en ce qui concerne les procédures d'ouverture et de fermeture.
- Aider à gérer tout le personnel afin de superviser, former, évaluer, motiver, déléguer et contrôler efficacement leurs activités.
- Examiner et surveiller quotidiennement les normes de qualité pour assurer la responsabilisation du personnel.
- Surveillez et publiez quotidiennement les résultats de productivité, en vous assurant que le personnel atteint / dépasse les objectifs fixés.
- Assurezvous que le personnel dispose de tous les outils nécessaires pour une exécution efficace et précise du travail.
- Tenir des réunions régulières du personnel pour informer le personnel de tous les problèmes internes et liés au client, et maintenir des forums ouverts qui encouragent la communication bidirectionnelle.
- Assister aux réunions de planification quotidiennes pour assurer une répartition efficace et adéquate des effectifs dans tous les départements.
- Planifier le personnel en fonction des exigences de la charge de travail et des délais.
- Responsable de s'assurer que les coûts opérationnels respectent le budget et s'efforcent de dépasser les objectifs financiers associés au compte.
- Aider à la résolution de problèmes et à l'élaboration de stratégies dans les domaines de responsabilité.
