complet en aménagement paysager par le biais de la Division des Services : celui-ci va de la
conception de projet à sa réalisation en passant par son entretien

Description du poste

Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice des Finances et du Directeur de l'Aménagement
Paysager, tu occuperas une place stratégique au sein de la Division des Services. Tu auras
en charge notamment les

missions suivantes:
Comptabilité:

- Réviser et analyser les données comptables et financières de la
Division des Services Paysagers
- Superviser et participer aux processus administratifs et légaux
en lien avec la facturation et les sous-traitants (dénonciations,
quittances, lettres de situation, attestation de conformité CNESST, )
- Analyser la rentabilité par projet
- Préparer et tenir à jour des analyses financières des
départements notamment.
- Produire les factures, s'occuper des comptes à recevoir
- Vérifier les comptes et factures des fournisseurs et des soustraitants
- Collaborer avec les services payables et recevables
- Toutes autres tâches connexes
Profil recherché
- Expérience à la comptabilité par projet et/ou en aménagement paysager et/ou
construction
- Maîtrise de la suite Office surtout Excel
- Connaissance du logiciel Ogasys
- Excellence du service à la clientèle
- Facilité à l'apprentissage de nouveaux systèmes informatiques
- Gestion des priorités et sens de l'organisation
