We are looking to hire an administrative staff member to join our vibrant and growing team, who will play a key role in executing the day to day administration and coordination of the office.
- Responsibilities and duties:
Recording all patient information, such as medical history, insurance breakdowns
Performing administrative tasks such as patient check in/out, including processing insurance claims, reviewing treatment plans, discussing gost/financing options, and processing predeterminations
Communicating, scheduling and managing patients' appointments for treatment
Encourage patient acceptance of treatment plans by adding value for the proposed treatment
Manage patient finances:
estimating and collecting patient portions due at the time of service
- Qualifications and skills:
Must have organization, communication, and computer skills
Must have dental experience
Dentrix experience is an asset
Pay:
$25.00-$29.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
