For over 20 years, Mikuni Wild Harvest has specialized in the distribution of imported and local specialty foods, from Wild foraged items to Imported truffles, vinegars, oils and more.

Mikuni is a well known boutique purveyor for Restaurants throughout Canada and the United States.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist all customers quickly and professionally providing customer service
  • Establish a positive, productive, and ongoing relationship with customers/clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries (e.g. pricing, inventory, product specifications, pre orders, etc.)
  • Process packing slips and create shipping labels using Fedex Manager.

Requirements:

  • A positive, friendly and outgoing personality
  • Must speak fluent English
  • Excellent computer skills (typing, data entry, experience with inventory software is a plus)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills

Benefits:

The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 730am to 330/4pm.

Weekends off We offer a competitive wage based on experience and qualifications, and includes benefits after 6 months of service.


We will provide you with hands-on training and on-going support to ensure you succeed in your position while taking on this role.


Salary:
From $22.50 per hour
