RESPONSIBILITIES_

  • Onsite recruitment of Smart Traveller members and identify opportunities to upsell to "Paid" membership
  • Carry out onsite sales of Plaza Premium Lounge and Elite Memberships
  • Enhance Smart Traveller member Walk-In sales
  • Provide first line member's services for elite members in lounge
  • Support lounge operations during heavy traffic
  • Provide staff coaching and training to Guest Service employees for our membership and promotion programs
  • Working with Headquarter Product team to enhance product proposition based on feedback from customers
  • Coordinate with Headquarter Smart Traveller team to drive acquisition campaign and promotion in lounge and working with local sales and marketing team to increase awareness of Smart Traveller and Smart Traveller paid membership programs
  • Generate records, prepare proposals, coordinate with clients and suppliers, execute plans to achieve sales targets and expand B to C customer base for Plaza Premium Lounges, F&B outlets and other products and services offered by Plaza Premium Group
  • Effectively communicate PPG's value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Understand current competitive landscape for various PPG products
  • Responsible for coordinating internally with the sales & marketing team

  • Accurately track and update the recruitment of Smart Traveller members and upsell results

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships
  • Partner with customers to understand their needs and requirements
  • Educate customers on specific product features and benefits on various types of PPG products
  • Demonstrate values and behaviours consistent with PPG's culture

JOB REQUIREMENTS_

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales/retail experience, preferably in a customer focused, hospitality brand environment
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced and team oriented environment with high degree of multitasking with mínimal supervision
  • Understanding of the hospitality environment with a network in airline, banking service or other corporate business will be a definite advantage
  • Experience in hospitality loyalty programs, membership or retail sales is preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with an adaptable approach to selling
  • Excellent attention to detail, taking initiative and promotes a positive working environment
  • Selfmotivated, able to work independently and know when to seek guidance
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, exceeding quota
  • Strong knowledge in local and regional market trends and customer behaviors.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize work properly
  • Excellent customer service, organisational, presentation and analytical skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Access)
