Soutenir les parties prenantes internes avec leurs exigences de contenu en éditant, en mettant à jour et en stylisant les exigences de contenu quotidiennes sur en conformité avec notre marque interne, notre style et nos lignes directrices éditoriales.Soutenir le département des communications en aidant à encourager l'engagement du public envers le portefeuille d'activités en ligne de la Fondation IFRS. L'équipe des communications et des affaires extérieures est responsable de la stratégie de communication de la Fondation IFRS et de sa mise en œuvre. Le rôle se concentre sur le site Web et les canaux de médias sociaux, afin de créer du contenu pour mettre à jour les utilisateurs sur toutes les activités de la Fondation et de soutenir les besoins en ligne de la Fondation.

**Le poste relève de** : Directeur du Web et de l'analyse.

**Principales tâches**
- Gérer les mises à jour quotidiennes du site web en se basant sur les directives:

- travailler avec le système de tickets de l'équipe web ;
- préparer et gérer le contenu dans le CMS Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) pour soutenir les activités quotidiennes ;
- assurer la qualité de tout le contenu en termes d'exactitude, de grammaire et de ponctuation ;
- assurer la liaison avec d'autres équipes pour approuver le contenu ; et
- publier le contenu sur toutes les plateformes de communication
- Entreprendre des tâches efficaces d'amélioration du site web (SEO).
- Soutenir toute nouvelle exigence structurelle.
- Veiller à l'exactitude de tous les liens.
- Tenir un registre des bogues et des erreurs.
- Alimenter nos canaux de médias sociaux et suivre les interactions.
- Soutenir l'équipe web et la communication dans la prise de décisions éclairées en matière de contenu.
- L'équipe web est en fait le gardien de tout le contenu de la Fondation, c'est pourquoi un sens aigu des responsabilités et de l'appropriation d'un contenu de haute qualité est nécessaire.

**Tâches supplémentaires**
- Soutenir l'ensemble de l'équipe de communication dans le cadre de tâches ad hoc, notamment
- la collecte d'informations analytiques
- la gestion de l'image interne ; et la recherche.

**Qualifications et expérienceIndispensable**
- Expérience préalable dans un rôle d'édition web, de préférence avec une formation éditoriale.
- Connaissance et expérience démontrables de l'utilisation des systèmes de gestion de contenu (CMS).

**Avantageux**
- Connaissance d'AEM.
- Expérience préalable dans la responsabilité de l'approbation du contenu.

**Compétences, qualités et expérience requises**
- Expérience de travail avec des CMS et/ou des bases de données, idéalement AEM.
- Expérience de la mise à jour quotidienne de sites web et/ou du travail sur des projets de contenu basés sur le web.
- Solides compétences rédactionnelles.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication pour assurer la liaison avec un large éventail de collègues.
- Souci du détail.
- Solides compétences en matière de collaboration pour travailler au sein d'une équipe, ainsi que capacité à s'auto-motiver.
- Souci du processus.
- Capacité à gérer efficacement la charge de travail pour respecter les délais.
- Haut niveau de connaissances informatiques.

**About the role**

Support internal stakeholders with their content requirements by editing, updating and styling daily content requirements on in line with our internal brand, style and editorial guidelines.

Support the Communications Department in helping to encourage public engagement in the IFRS Foundation's portfolio of online activities.

The communications and external affairs team is responsible for the IFRS Foundation's communications strategy and implementation. The role is focused on the website and social media channels, to build content to update users on all Foundation activities and to support the Foundation's growing online requirements.

**Principal tasks**
- Manage daily website updates based on guidelines:

- work within the webteam ticketing system;
- prep and manage content within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS to support daily business as usual;
- quality assure all content for accuracy, grammar and punctuation;
- liaise with other teams to approve content; and
- publish content across all communication platforms
- Undertake effective website improvement and SEO tasks.
