Crestline Coach Ltd. Is currently looking to add a
Business Analyst **to our team.

Some of the key activities of this role include:

  • Manage information integrity by updating and maintaining information in our databases, spreadsheets and sales reports with SAP, Invoice Reports and other tools as developed.
  • Key contact for CRM and Invoice Reporting for Sales, Finance, Planning, Purchasing, and Production departments. Challenge info and organize data to ensure we deliver upon customer expectations. Sales reports published on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Manage changes to Annual sales forecasts, budgeting, and ongoing daily sales forecast updates (Invoice Reports) with input from Sales Leaders, Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Coordinators, Sales Admin, Production and Planning
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates of quotes, pricing updates, order confirmations and delivery updates in our reporting tools (Invoice Reports) for Sales.
  • Key data curator for the annual budgeting and forecasting process with assistance from Sales and Management teams.
  • Key contact for Sales Leaders, Finance, Production Planning, Supply Chain Management, and Senior Management for Analysis and development of Key reports and KPI's from sales data (Historical and Forecasting)
  • Complete and process all documentation related to the vehicles before completion and delivery.
  • Contribute to the Sales Administration process with vehicle invoicing, vehicle delivery documents and related activities. This includes working with accounting and processing of all deposit and vehicle delivery invoices for new, used, and remount vehicles for the Saskatoon sites.

_Technical Skills/Competencies (technical knowledge, education and experience):_

  • University / College Degree in Business or Administration or diploma in a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in a sales administration role
  • Experience based in project management an asset
  • Experience working in the manufacturing industry an asset
  • Experience working with Configured Quoting Systems, Project Management software (MS Projects) platforms, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and MS Projects); intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Bilingual French and English an asset
