Our client has been leading the way in providing innovative solutions for challenges faced by concrete construction professionals globally for many years.
Their advanced concrete forming and shoring equipment sets the bar for safety standards, enhancing efficiency, and safeguarding project budgets.
Through top-notch training, on-field support, and effective design solutions, they consistently offer the most cost-effective concrete solutions in the industry, proving their products to be the go-to for demanding project timelines.
They are in search of a Territory Manager based in Quebec.
Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and cultivate long-term customer relationships in Quebec.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and competitors.
- Create and deliver engaging sales presentations.
- Provide project estimates following company pricing guidelines.
- Communicate and collaborate with the District and corporate teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Business or Engineering college or university degree preferred.
- 4-5 years of experience in construction and sales.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints.
- Integrity, strong problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, creative thinker, good listener, and self-starter.
- Effective communication with individuals and groups.
- Exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality.
- Travel requirement, approximately 40 – 50%.
- Fluency in French is essential.
