The Position:


We are currently seeking a passionate, sales-driven leader to maximize growth and advance market share regionally within our Reebok stores in Eastern Canada.

Reporting to the
National Sales Manager the Regional Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for providing leadership, coaching and guidance to all aspects of the sales and operational activities of our field teams in the Reebok program.

The Regional Retail Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day business and long-term strategies of the region.

As a Regional Retail Sales Manager you will be responsible for influencing the success of the stores in your region through effective mentorship of Store Managers and training of the retail teams within the region.

What you're responsible for:

  • Create a winning sales culture through innovative and exciting gotomarket strategies
  • Ensure all team interactions are driven towards increasing sales instore and delivering a consistent customer experience
  • Develop and manage the gotomarket strategy for the field teams, that ensures attainment of all KPI's and metrics that impact performance. i.e. sales, trainings, store visits, P&L management, retention, etc.
  • Supervise the daily activities of the Store Managers providing direction, coaching, and mentorship
  • Responsible for ensuring all operational activities, field visit reports, inventory controls, loss prevention audits, store visits, national training events are executed appropriately and efficiently
  • Communicate and report on the effectiveness of product launches and promotions, and report on competitor activities
  • Partner with Senior Leadership to create action plans for training and development of the team in collaboration with Reebok branding and strategies
  • Responsible for the succession planning and performance management of the team
  • Partner with recruiters to ensure alignment with role requirements as well as ensuring hiring needs are consistently met
  • Ensure confidentiality with respect to all organizational and employee information
  • Liaise with Human Resources to ensure issues are managed according to company direction and processes

What you bring:

  • You have 5+ years sales or retail experience
  • Proven track record of leading highperformance teams
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to create effective strategies and execute action plans
  • Ability to analyze and create reports, including managing KPI's, Budgets, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and French
