  • Previous experience as a carpenter helper or in a similar role is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of blueprint reading and understanding construction plans

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks and lift heavy objects
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
