Responsibilities:

- Assist in the construction, installation, and repair of structures
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to specifications
- Assemble and fasten materials using hand tools and power tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a carpenter helper or in a similar role is preferred
- Basic knowledge of blueprint reading and understanding construction plans
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks and lift heavy objects
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
