En tant que membre de l'équipe Services bancaires personnels et PME, vous bâtirez et ferez croître votre portefeuille de clients en offrant une gestion relationnelle attitrée, du soutien aux services financiers et un service à la clientèle exceptionnel. À titre spécialiste en services financiers, vous mettrez en œuvre l'approche de Service Impérial CIBC en tant que point de contact central pour vos clients, et les aiderez au moyen d'une planification qui répondra à leurs besoins actuels et favorisera l'atteinte de leurs objectifs. Vous tisserez des liens durables et prodiguerez des conseils financiers judicieux grâce auxquels vos clients pourront assurer leur avenir, accéder à la propriété et faire croître leur entreprise. Vous devez pouvoir travailler durant les heures d'ouverture des centres bancaires, y compris les soirs et fins de semaine. Pour favoriser la prestation d'une expérience client exceptionnelle, vous devez pouvoir travailler à différents centres bancaires situés à une distance raisonnable.

Comment réussir

Mobilisation des clients - Donner la priorité à l'expérience de chaque client et établir un rapport personnel afin que chaque interaction soit significative. Vous pouvez justifier d'une expérience de un à trois ans dans la prestation de conseils financiers aux clients et l'établissement de relations tout en atteignant les objectifs de rendement. Vous êtes un professionnel agréé (ACCFM). Vous avez un agrément à jour et en règle et avez réussi le Cours sur le commerce des valeurs mobilières au Canada (CCVM) ou le cours du Fonds d'investissement au Canada (CFIC) et devez répondre aux critères d'admissibilité au permis de l'ACCFM au moment de l'embauche. Vous êtes un professionnel agréé (Québec). Vous avez un agrément à jour et en règle pour le permis de l'AMF, avez réussi le cours du Fonds d'investissement au Canada (CFIC) ou le Cours sur le commerce des valeurs mobilières au Canada (CCVM) aux fins de l'obtention du permis de l'Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), et portez le titre de conseiller en retraite (CR). La réussite des cours Placements et fiscalité – Québec et Aspects juridiques et éthiques de la planification financière de CSI et de l'ICB est un atout. Les valeurs vous tiennent à cœur.
