Tu te reconnais ?

  • Bonnes connaissances en réalisation d'ACVs
  • Bonne capacité relationnelle pour entretenir des liens avec tes collègues et les clients
  • Capacité à communiquer les résultats de manière vulgarisée, en recommandations et en actions concrètes
  • Parcours académique en ingénierie, en agroenvironnement ou en science de l'environnement
  • 7 ans d'expérience dans le secteur agricole et/ou agroalimentaire
  • Connaissance des meilleures pratiques et des référentiels en matière de développement durable et d'agriculture durable
  • Expérience en gestion de projets
  • Maitrise de l'anglais et du français à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Maitrise de la suite Office
  • Connaissances appliquées à divers logiciels d'analyse de données (ex. VBA pour Excel, SimaPro, OpenLCA, ATHENA, etc.)

Un défi stimulant pour toi :

Relevant de la vice-présidence du service de la responsabilité d'entreprise, la personne titulaire du poste sera principalement responsable de la réalisation d'analyses de cycle de vie et de bilans environnementaux dans le secteur de l'agriculture durable.

L'analyste principal.e doit collaborer avec les autres membres des équipes projet pour :

  • Réaliser des analyses de cycle de vie de produit de A à Z
  • Cibler et collecter les données pertinentes à la réalisation du mandat
  • Analyser les données à l'aide de programmes informatiques
  • Contribuer à la modélisation des activités et pratiques agricoles
  • Assurer la bonne gestion du projet (interne et externe)
  • Soutenir les analystes juniors dans la réalisation de leurs mandats
  • Offrir des conseils stratégiques
  • Demeurer à l'affût de nouveaux développements méthodologiques et des connaissances dans le secteur de l'agroenvironnement
  • Formuler des recommandations stratégiques basées sur des interprétations poussées des résultats obtenus
  • Rédiger des rapports et préparer des présentations adaptées aux clients et aux besoins définis dans le cadre du mandat
  • Procéder aux redditions de compte auprès de programmes reconnus (GRI, CDP, MSCI, EcoVadis, CSA, etc.)
  • Représenter Groupe AGÉCO lors d'événement

Do you recognize yourself ?

  • Good knowledge of performing LCAs
  • Good interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with colleagues and clients;
  • Ability to communicate results in a popularized manner, in the form of recommendations and concrete actions;
  • Academic career in engineering, agri-environment or environmental science;
  • 7 years' experience in the agricultural and/or agri-food sector;
  • Knowledge of best practices and benchmarks in sustainable development and sustainable agriculture;
  • Project management experience;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and French;
  • Mastery of the Office suite;
  • Applied knowledge of various data analysis software (e.g. VBA for Excel, SimaPro, OpenLCA, ATHENA, etc.).

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Responsibility, the incumbent will be primarily responsible for carrying out life cycle analyses and environmental assessments in the sustainable agriculture sector.

The senior analyst must collaborate with other members of the project teams to :

  • Carry out LCAs from A to Z
  • Target and collect data relevant to the realization of mandates;
  • Analyze data using computer programs;
  • Contribute to the modeling of agricultural activities and practices;
  • Ensure proper project management (internal and external);
  • Support junior analysts in carrying out their mandates
  • Keep abreast of new methodological developments and knowledge in the agri-environment sector;
  • Formulate strategic recommendations based on in-depth interpretations of the results obtained;
  • Write reports and prepare presentations adapted to the clients and the needs defined within the scope of the mandate;
  • Report to recognized programs (GRI, CDP, MSCI, EcoVadis, CSA, etc.).
  • Represent Groupe AGÉCO at events
