Responsabilités :

- Il est le point de contact unique pour les appels d'offres du réseau, des ventes et des clients existants, ainsi que pour les appels d'offres et les demandes de renseignements.

- Il est responsable de la réception, de la distribution et de la communication avec toutes les parties concernées.

- Lancer les demandes auprès des transporteurs, des vendeurs, des bureaux d'origine/destination et de tout autre fournisseur de services.

- Gérer toutes les fonctions, les délais et les étapes nécessaires pour les réponses aux appels d'offres et aux soumissions.

- Maintenir à jour le répertoire des documents marketing et commerciaux et des informations sur l'entreprise à inclure dans les réponses aux appels d'offres.

- Coordonner et conseiller toute communication interne ou externe nécessaire.

- Remplir tous les documents de l'appel d'offres ou veiller à ce que les parties responsables fassent de même.

- Examiner les demandes des clients et préparer des devis de taux de vente.

- Fournir une assistance pour améliorer les produits et les services.

- Rechercher, gérer et communiquer avec les partenaires fournisseurs pour ce qui suit : (solutions logistiques ; prestation de services et calcul des coûts, négociations de prix avec divers transporteurs, remplissage du formulaire de demande de devis, transmission des problèmes de service à la clientèle aux départements appropriés).

- Améliorer et conseiller en permanence les systèmes et procédures internes afin d'accroître l'efficacité, la transparence et l'exactitude des coûts.

- Participer et superviser les discussions stratégiques relatives à l'approvisionnement, à la prestation de services et à la sélection des fournisseurs.

- Travailler avec les ventes, les opérations et le service à la clientèle pour assurer des transitions appropriées et adéquates des activités nouvelles et/ou existantes.

Compétences et qualités :

- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la tarification ou de l'approvisionnement constituent un atout.

- Expérience de la logistique aérienne et maritime - import/export.

- Une certification ou un diplôme dans un domaine d'études connexe est un atout.

- Vous devez avoir de solides compétences dans l'utilisation d'Excel et d'autres applications MS Office.

- Connaissance de base des réglementations douanières (AMPS, B13, ACI, CSI...), un atout.

- Travailler dans un environnement dynamique et rapide

- Compétences en matière de relations humaines et de négociation

- Fixer des priorités et organiser la charge de travail assignée de manière efficace

- Capacité à travailler sous pression

We're on the hunt for a driven Senior Pricing Analyst to join our team in either Mississauga, Ontario or Montreal, Quebec. If you are driven to international logistics operations and have 3-5 years of experience, excellent proficiency, and a knack for negotiation, you'll excel in our dynamic environment. Responsibilities:

• Single point of contact for network, sales, and existing customer tenders & RFP/RFI's.

• Responsible for intake, distribution, and communication with all relevant parties.

• Launching requests with carriers, vendors, origin/destination offices, and any additional service providers.

• Manage all functions, deadlines, and milestones required for tender & bid responses.

• Maintain a current repository of marketing, sales collateral, and company information to be included in bid responses.

• Coordinate and advise on any internal or external communication required.

• Complete all bid documents or ensure the responsible parties do the same.

• Review customers' requests and prepare sales rate quotations.

• Assist in improving products and services.

• Source, manage, and communicate with vendor partners for the following: (Logistics solutions; service delivery and costing, Price negotiations with various carriers, filling out Quote Request Forms, Escalating customer service issues to the appropriate departments).

• Improve and advise on an ongoing basis, the internal systems and procedures to increase efficiency, transparency, and costing accuracy.

• Participate in and provide oversight in strategic discussions relating to procurement, service delivery, and vendor selection.

• Work with sales, operations, and customer service to ensure proper and adequate transitions of new and/or existing business.

Skills & Attributes:

• 3 to 5 years of experience relating to pricing or procurement is an asset.

• Experience of Air & Ocean – Import/Export logistics

• Certification or diploma in a related field of studies, an asset

• Must have strong skill sets in utilizing Excel and other MS Office applications

• Basic knowledge of customs regulations (AMPS, B13, ACI, CSI....) an asset

• Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• People's and negotiation skills

• Set priorities and organize workload assigned in an efficient manner

• Able to work under pressure
