We're excited to announce that an opportunity has opened for a Full-Time Parts Administrator/Service Writer at our Universal School Bus Parts division.

We are looking for an individual with a great personality, loves to tackle challenges and problem solve and who enjoys working with a team.

Reporting directly to the Parts Manager, primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;

  • Greeting customers in a professional and timely manner over the phone
  • Sourcing specific parts or finding crossover aftermarket options
  • Assisting with Shipping & Receiving
  • Assisting Body Shop with parts supply.
  • Creating, completing and checking work orders for Body Shop
  • Maintaining the office and warehouse
  • Making small parts pick ups/deliveries
  • Data entry and inventory management
Strong attributes will be;

  • Keen attention to detail and strong writing skills
  • Forklift operation experience or operator's certificate (We can train as well)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • First Aid certificate.
  • Previous parts experience
  • Have outstanding customer service skills
  • Computer experience
  • Be a team player
  • Have a desire to learn new skills and strong listening skills
  • Be organized & work well under pressure
  • Have a positive attitude

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift daily 8:00am 5:00pm

Our new hire will be compensated based on experience. This position will include access to full benefits after 3 months of continuous work.
