Responsibilities:

  • Greet and checkin patients at the front desk
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for patients
  • Collect and verify patient insurance information
  • Assist with electronic submissions to insurance companies
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Skills:

  • Previous experience in a dental office or as a dental receptionist is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of dental procedures and hygiene services
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills


As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination of treatment planning and booking appointments for our patients.

Your administrative skills, knowledge of dental procedures, and ability to provide exceptional customer care and service will contribute to the overall success of our practice.
