élèves ayant des besoins particuliers ou souffrant
d'inadaptation sociale.
- Il doit être capable de collaborer avec les

enseignants pour leur donner des conseils et
formuler des recommandations sur la manière
d'aider l'enfant à réussir à l'école.
- Expérience du travail avec des élèves de

l'enseignement secondaire dans le cadre de
programmes d'éducation spéciale.
- Expérience du travail avec le personnel

enseignant et de la pédagogie.
- Compétences informatiques.
- Bonnes compétences interpersonnelles.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe.
- Connaissance des méthodes d'intervention

**RÉMUNÉRATION**
$ $35.67 de l'heure en conformité avec les échelles
salariales par le ministère.

**NATURE DU TRAVAIL**
Le rôle principal et habituel de la personne salariée de cette classe d'emplois consiste, en appliquant des techniques de travail
social, à promouvoir la prévention en matière de toxicomanie, de violence, d'absentéisme, de décrochage scolaire ou autres
et à aider individuellement ou collectivement les élèves présentant des problèmes de comportement qui en découlent. Elle
aide aussi l'élève qui nécessite une assistance en rapport avec d'autres problèmes d'ordre personnel, familial, social ou autres
pouvant affecter son comportement.

**ATTRIBUTIONS CARACTÉRISTIQUES**
La personne salariée de cette classe d'emplois collabore avec le personnel enseignant, l'équipe multidisciplinaire et les
intervenantes et intervenants externes, selon le cas, pour analyser les problèmes qui lui sont soumis et participer à la recherche
de solutions appropriées. Elle coopère avec les organismes de protection de la jeunesse, notamment en signalant des cas
d'abus; elle collabore, au besoin, avec les forces policières; elle participe à des tables de concertation et à des études de cas;
elle réfère aux organismes concernés les cas qui ne relèvent pas de la juridiction de la commission. Elle peut être appelée à
témoigner au tribunal.
Sous la responsabilité de la direction de l'école et en collaboration avec l'équipe multidisciplinaire, elle participe à l'élaboration
et à la rédaction du plan d'intervention; elle sélectionne des mesures à prendre pour atteindre les objectifs qui y sont
déterminés; elle élabore son plan d'action et applique ces mesures; elle évalue l'atteinte des objectifs et participe à l'évaluation
du plan.
Elle ordonne et synthétise les données des problèmes dans le but d'en faire l'évaluation et de proposer des solutions, et ce, à
partir d'enquêtes ou d'informations recueillies auprès du personnel de l'école, de la commission, de l'élève ou de la famille de
ce dernier. Elle note ses observations et interventions, monte des dossiers et les tient à jour.
Elle offre une relation d'aide; elle aide l'élève à surmonter ses difficultés sociales, culturelles ou matérielles reliées à son
environnement familial, social ou scolaire; elle le conseille ou, au besoin, le réfère aux ressources appropriées.
Elle sensibilise les élèves aux diverses déviances ou dépendances en tenant des réunions d'information en classe ou à d'autres
moments; elle rédige des communiqués destinés à l'affichage ou aux journaux scolaires et organise et anime des activités en
rapport avec ces sujets.
