Position Overview:


Join the Finning family Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Service Support Administrator is responsible for the day to day Administrative duties to keep the branch running smoothly.

As the Service Support Administrator, you will also be tasked with reception duties, clerical tasks, assisting with time entry. Utilizing your attention to detail and interpersonal skills within the service department is essential to the role.

In a support role there will also be ERP training that will include opening work orders and basic invoicing in our M3 system.

Job Description:

Major Job Functions:

  • Reception and other administrative duties as assigned
  • Time Entry
  • Clerical work
  • Assisting with time entry
  • First line of contact with Finning's clients
  • Work Order and Invoicing support

Qualifications:
years administrative experience in a similar environment

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent computer proficiencies including MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Solid organizational and time management abilities
  • M3 experience would be considered an asset
