A day in the life of the Credit Collections Associate includes:

  • Efficiently collecting accounts receivable while maintaining excellent customer service
  • Prompt identification and followup on overdue accounts, clear recordkeeping, and customer assistance
  • Monitoring accounts receivable, analyzing payment patterns, and ensuring timely settlements
  • Modify customer profiles as needed and maintain customer records

For this role, come equipped with:

  • Post-secondary education in accounting and/or credit management courses
  • Minimum of 23 years of general business experience, with a specific focus on accounts receivable and collections
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office environment
