Position Overview:

This is a part-time seasonal position at the Budweiser Stage in Toronto, Ontario. Employment will last until mid to late October and the hours will vary weekly. Shifts are usually in the evenings throughout the week, with a few full-day events scheduled.

Listed are some of the key responsibilities of an Alcohol Compliance Supervisor:

Supervises the serving of alcohol by the Legends team. Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and ensure the team is adhering to all alcohol service guidelines as required by the AGCO and Federal, Provincial, and Municipal Laws, and per Legends' standards. Observe and document all alcohol-related issues or violations by Legends employees and patrons on-site. Monitor points of egress to ensure alcohol does not leave the premises. Communicate responsible alcohol service policies to guests and Legends staff. Assist with alcohol cut-off minutes before closing or determined by Management. Supports Legends staff with alcohol-related guest issues, including stopping of service. Maintain an outgoing, positive attitude and a professional demeanor. Interact with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Must be a quick learner. Previous supervising experience required. Must have a valid Smart Serve. Must be available to work days, evenings, and weekends when needed.
