Instructional Design Developer

We are looking for an Instructional Designer(13-Month Contract) to join our Learning and Development Team in Vancouver, Calgary or Toronto .
Learning and Development helps all Clions become the most impactful versions of themselves. Provide expert advice, opinions, and options on the learning portion of cross-functional projects;Perform needs assessments on assigned projects to determine the most impactful learning interventions;
Plan & build multimodal learning programs that may include facilitator guides, eLearning assets, audio/video assets, or other assets;
Assist with design and delivery of key Learning and Development initiatives, such as new hire onboarding, team onsites, and product awareness;
Facilitate clear and effective communication with project stakeholders including changes to project scope and schedules;
Experience designing and delivering learning programs for distributed audiences
Degree or certificate in Adult Learning
Experience recording/editing video assets
