The Director, Culture and Engagement role is pivotal in shaping Engagement Strategies and leading change management practices across all HR departments to adapt to organizational changes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Culture Development:
    • Develop a compelling organizational culture aligned with CN's values and business objectives
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to nurture leadership capabilities in line with company culture and goals
    • Implement mechanisms for gathering employee feedback and analyzing data for continuous improvement
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive culture and engagement initiatives supporting business objectives
    • Track key metrics related to employee engagement and leverage data for improvement
  • Change Management:
    • Develop and implement change management practices to support organizational changes and improvements
    • Establish metrics to track progress and effectiveness of change initiatives
    • Refine change management processes based on feedback and best practices
    • Ensure recognition reinforces corporate values and supports talent strategy through effective programs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Certification in Change Management
  • 10-15 years of experience in culture, engagement, and change management
  • Proven track record in developing culture and engagement initiatives
  • Strong understanding of change management practices
