About the role


As a Technical Support Agent at Paligo you will have the important role of assisting our customers with technical issues, via Zendesk and Intercom.

You will be responsible and have full ownership of resolving customers issues related to the software, and also help to continuously improve Paligo's systems and processes related to the team.

As a Technical Support Agent you will learn how Paligo works and what it can do by working closely with and being supported by our amazing Development-team


Paligo has developed a reputation of delivering fast and friendly support, and the Technical Support team is a vital part of that.


About you
As a Technical Support Agent we want you to be adaptable and eager to learn new skills.

We are looking for you who loves to support customers on technical issues and find new opportunities of improving the service we provide.

As a Technical Support Agent you can communicate clearly, positively and objectively with comfort and ease and a people-person who enjoys customer interactions.

We are looking for a team-player who is willing to role thei sleeves up and jump in where needed, and work with cross-team collaboration to ensure that the customers has the best experience possible with solving their issues.

We also imagine that you have some of the following points in your resumé:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Tech Support role
  • Experience in Zendesk or similar CRM system
  • Comfortable with sophisticated technical products and crossfunctional projects
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience of HTML, JavaScript and CSS

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience as a Technical Writer
