Hardt est présentement à la recherche d'un(e):
**Coordonnateur/Coordonnatrice des ventes**

Le rôle du Coordonnateur/Coordonnatrice des ventes est de supporter l'équipe de ventes et marketing et les principaux clients de Hardt sur une base quotidienne afin de s'assurer que les besoins des clients soient rencontrés. L'écoute et la prise de conscience des besoins et des échéanciers des clients et des Gestionnaires de Comptes sont primordiales. Le/la Coordonnateur/Coordonnatrice des ventes relève du superviseur des ventes.

**Principales Responsabilités**
- Faire la saisie des commandes d'équipement comprenant un numéro de série et le suivi de ces commandes, tel que : fournir les confirmations d'expédition, demander des révisions, mettre à jour les dates d'expédition et s'assurer que les commandes soient expédiées sur demande;
- Faire la saisie des commandes pour tous les autres clients lorsque requis, incluant les responsabilités énumérées ci-dessus;
- Préparer les rapports clients;
- Travailler avec le logiciel des clients pour afficher les plans des magasins et préparer des devis, lorsque requis;
- Offrir du support à l'équipe ventes et marketing dans les activités quotidiennes : répondre aux courriels des clients, rechercher des informations, aider aux déploiements, envoyer des fiches techniques et des fiches de vente, lorsque requis;
- Travailler avec d'autres équipes pour résoudre les problèmes au fur et à mesure qu'ils surviennent (expédition, commandes en souffrance, dommages, etc.), lorsque requis;
- Recevoir des copies de courriels de Costco comme ressource d'appoint;
- Remplacer les gestionnaires de compte lors de leurs déplacements, lorsque requis;
- Lire tous les rapports de voyage et assurer le suivi de tous les problèmes en suspens pour s'assurer qu'ils sont traités efficacement jusqu'à leur achèvement et informer les gestionnaires de compte de l'état;
- Envoyer des courriels d'avis de pré-expédition au besoin aux entrepôts;
- Offrir du support au coordonnateur des ventes actuel;
- Assister la vice-présidente principale sur des projets spéciaux lorsque requis.

**Qualifications**
- Détenir un Diplôme d'Études Secondaires;
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de bureau;
- Posséder des habiletés exceptionnelles en communication en anglais (verbal et écrit);
- Fonctionnel en français (verbal et écrit);
- Avoir des bonnes compétences en organisation du travail, être multitâches et avoir le sens des priorités;
- Est capable de travailler dans un environnement de travail d'équipe;
- Posséder des compétences informatiques - suite Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).

**Conditions de Travail**: Hardt encourage le télétravail lorsque le type de travail le permet jusqu'à un maximum de 3 jours par semaine et un minimum de 2 jours par semaine au bureau. Les membres de l'équipe doivent se coordonner avec leur superviseur pour évaluer ce qui convient et définir les meilleures options qui respectent les besoins et les objectifs des employés et de l'entreprise. Le télétravail deviendra possible lorsque la formation sera complétée.
