CustomAir is seeking a Projects Coordinator, based out of our Port Coquitlam office, to work with multiple departments and field technicians.

If you have at least one year experience in a Projects Coordinator role, or similar, or have worked in the HVAC industry then I invite you to apply

Basic responsibilities include:

Managing project documentation, sourcing supplies and materials,
RFIs, and technician scheduling.

Completing project documentation and ensuring it is kept up to date
-
Managing close out documentation for projects including the compilation of Operations and Maintenance Manuals

Being the point of contact for existing client base to manage requests and questions

Formulating and managing RFIs (Request for Information)
-
Sourcing and ordering supplies/materials
-
Assisting in the scheduling of work and technicians
-
Assisting estimators and project managers as required
-
Effective and efficient schedule coordination, maintenance contract management and pre-quote preparation.

Exemplary customer service and support; interface with customers and other departments as necessary to ensure successful completion of service.
Basic literacy and typing/data entry assessments will be administered during the interview process. Only applicants who complete the indeed pre-screening will be considered.

Pay:
$24.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
