Job Summary:


To work within the Global API Direct Procurement and Supply Chain teams to provide data analysis and project management implementation support for various analytics initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Liase with Stakeholders, gather data and provide baseline reports
  • Assess data integration opportunities with Apotex groups and affiliates
  • Provide support on projects and process improvement initiatives related to supplier relationship management, inventory and planning.
  • Assist team with development of data definitions, data profiling, and data validation activities; liaise with crossbusiness unit partners for organizational alignment in this area
  • Review and maintain key master data attributes
  • Assist with development and implementation of new analytics pertinent to direct procurement operations.
  • Assist the Global Direct Procurement group in evaluating data using spreadsheets and databases, and performing quantitative/qualitative analysis.
  • Liaison with internal customers, support groups and leadership to gather required information and provide pertinent analysis.
  • Work in a team approach environment to problem solving.

  • Performs all work in accordance with all established regulatory and compliance and safety requirements.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated Pharmaceutical interest is an asset.
  • Study focus on Analytics, Project Management, Procurement, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Supply Chain
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; must be able to communicate appropriately with other employees in different positions within the company (i.e. Planners, Managers, Coordinators etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office tools, with experience in Excel and Access is essential.
  • Experience in VBA and/or SAP would be an asset.
